Nobody said it was going to be easy

Hey Everyone!

I know it’s been far too long since I posted here.

Not long before my last post, I switched jobs. I am still doing the job I started back in February, and I can’t believe it’s been eight months. It’s been a long eight months, but it has also flown by.

After all the doctors appointments and such I dealt with last year, I went six or seven months without one doctors appointment. Then I had my annual appointment with my primary care doctor and more labs. That started another roller coaster of doctors appointments because I was (and still am) still always tired all the time and hurting. I have had one specialist appointment already, and another specialist appointment to go. I still have a procedure to do as well as labs to get done for the first specialist. Among all that I am still having appointments with all the doctors from last year.

It has been frustrating having to be constantly going to the doctor and getting labs and procedures done. It’s been 17 months since I was in the hospital last year, and I still don’t feel like I am any closer to answers.

I haven’t blogged since March because I haven’t had the energy to write. My life has pretty much Eat, Sleep, shower and work on repeat. I have been tested for sleep apnea and that is being dealt with.

Everything health related kicked off after I had Bell’s Palsy four years ago. Then when I did finally go to the doctor last year, it’s just been one thing after another. I am definitely hoping I get some answers soon.

Work is keeping me busy and tired. I celebrated 2 years with the company I am at over the summer. It was a good feeling to hit that milestone.

I went to the beach a couple of times over the summer. It was amazing.

With all the health issues I have been having, I definitely have been feeling not like myself as I am not able to do all the things I used to. I also feel like many of my dreams and goals for my future have had to die due to all that is going on.
